Why I'm writing this
Most real estate agents are trained to be positive. Don't talk about the bad neighborhoods. Don't mention the flooding. Don't scare the buyer.
I think that's backwards. The best way to help someone buy a home is to tell them the truth — even when it's uncomfortable. That's what this series is about. Real talk about neighborhoods, money, and the stuff that actually matters when you're making one of the biggest decisions of your life.
