I'm a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in Boca Raton, and I help regular people — first-time buyers, growing families, renters who are ready to own, and sellers in the $250K–$600K range — figure out South Florida real estate without the stress.

I built this site because I think everyone deserves access to honest, practical information about buying and selling a home — not just luxury listings and fancy marketing. South Florida has amazing neighborhoods for everyday people, and I want to help you find yours.

Why I do this

When I first got into real estate, I noticed something pretty quickly: almost all the marketing, the agents, the content — it's all focused on the luxury end. Million-dollar waterfront homes, penthouse condos, gated communities with country clubs.

And hey, that's cool — but it's not most people's reality. Most of my clients are first-time buyers wondering if they can even afford to buy here. They're families in Boynton Beach looking to upgrade from a townhouse. They're professionals relocating from New York or the Midwest who need to understand what their money actually gets them in South Florida.

I specialize in the neighborhoods where real life happens — the ones with good schools, reasonable HOA fees, and homes in the $250K to $600K range. I know these areas inside and out because I work in them every single day. Not because I saw them on some luxury blog.
